Schilling Robotics Receives Order from TS Marine for Two UHD™ ROV Systems

Schilling Robotics, LLC, experts in subsea systems, has announced it received an order for two of its 4,000 meter (13,000 feet) rated UltraHeavy-Duty™ (UHD™) Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) from Australian subsea specialist TS Marine. The UHD™ systems will be delivered in the summer of 2010.

TS Marine’s UHDs™ ideally complement the AX-S™ system which incorporates the same core Schilling subsystems. The kindred technology synergies provide a seamless platform for the offshore crews, simplifying every aspect of operation and maintenance. “The commonality of technologies in the UHD™ and AX-S™ systems demonstrates the value of Schilling’s approach to supplying reliable, modular and flexible solutions.
