Offering the world’s widest range of remotely operated vehicles for inspection and survey through to deepwater construction, the Division encompasses the expertise of some of the world’s leading companies:

International remote intervention technologies and equipment provider Perry Slingsby Systems (PSS) provides state of the art ROVs with enhanced features such as Ethernet based communications link, distributed subsea network (ICE) and integrated simulators and associated services.

Sub-Atlantic is a market leader in the design and manufacture of small to medium sized electric ROV systems as well as components for both electric and hydraulic ROV systems.

Rentals and Services Division

With a comprehensive range of services including the rental of products such as ROVs, tooling, subsea survey and positioning systems and sensors, the division also offers specialist personnel and training services and support.

It encompasses:

UK Project Support Limited (UKPS): an ROV and technical personnel supplier which operates one of the biggest databases of ROV and survey contracting personnel in the UK. Its former sister company Subco, was acquired by the Group in August 2007 and is a specialist in the rental of ROV equipment.

Dynamic Positioning Services Ltd (DPS): a market leader in the sale, rental and repair of marine electronic equipment as well as the provision of offshore personnel and engineering solutions.

Equipment Technical Services (ETS): a US leader in the development, sale and rental of equipment and software for offshore survey and marine applications, completes the division and strengthens the Group’s presence in the North American market.

Technical Services Division

Offers specialist technology based services including consultancy based engineering services and integrated service packages. The division includes a dedicated group technology team and a suite of software products and services in physics based simulation and 3D visualization, digital video editing capability and other data processing and data management applications.

VisualSoft is an underwater digital video inspections systems company. With 300 systems in the field worldwide, VisualSoft sells and rents their systems, offering a complete solution for underwater video capture, playback and reporting of pipeline and structural inspection survey data.

VMAX Technologies was organically created within the Group. It develops physics-based simulation software which is used in the next generation ROVs developed by PSS and Sub-Atlantic.

Seafloor Geoservices Inc (SGI) is also a home-grown company and specializes in a new technology for seabed core sampling. Products include Rovdrill, an ROV-operated seabed coring tool offered on a rental basis with associated geotechnical engineering services.

Triton Group has recently extended its product & service offering in Asia Pacific with PSS and Sub-Atlantic joining DPS and Cynergetix – a one stop shop service for remote intervention activities - at its Singapore facility.
