FTP Upload Instructions
FTP Upload InstructionsGuidelines for using the ftp site:
1- Please put all files into a folder and name the folder with a simple version of your company name:
DO NOT use symbols or periods in the name or make the name longer than 10 characters
2- Stuff or Zip the folder (both of these compression software programs are available free online)
3- Be aware that you may not be able to upload if someone else is attempting to do so at the same time.
4- It is best to use an ftp program and a list is provided below.
If you use an ftp program such as:
Transmit for Macs or Ws_FTP, Fetch, CoffeeCup for PC's you can log in as follows:
FTP Address: 216.139.243.58
User ID: tscftp
Password: waveform
Initial Path: Anon_ftp/ont/incoming
Transfer Mode: Active
The Incoming is for you to upload files to us.
Please email me to let me know you put your files here
along with the file name
